Clause 3.2 — One Account PolicyEach individual may maintain only one active 77ace account at any time. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, CNIC, device ID, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 77ace may, at its discretion, close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. If you choose not to enable 2FA, 77ace accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from account compromise that 2FA would have prevented.
77ace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. Clause 5.2 — Minimum Transaction AmountsThe minimum deposit amount on 77ace is Rs 300. Clause 5.3 — Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method, as displayed in the cashier. Clause 5.4 — Source of FundsBy depositing funds on 77ace, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using third-party payment methods — i.e., payment accounts registered to a name other than your own — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and reversal of the relevant transaction.
Clause 5.5 — Transaction FinalityOnce a bet has been accepted and settled, the associated deduction from your account balance is final. Deposits that have been used to fund settled bets cannot be reversed. 77ace is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or mobile wallet provider after a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the 77ace platform.
All bets placed on the 77ace platform are subject to acceptance by 77ace at its sole discretion. 77ace reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at any time and without providing a reason. Clause 6.2 — Odds and MarketsAll odds displayed on 77ace are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Clause 6.3 — Cricket Betting Specific RulesFor cricket markets, including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches, the following specific rules apply: (a) Markets will be void if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs specified in the market rules have been completed; (b) In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being current — any delay in data transmission does not constitute grounds for voiding a bet unless explicitly stated in the market rules; (c) Official scorecards from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) are used for settlement purposes.

Bets that were placed and accepted prior to disconnection will stand and be settled according to the recorded game state. 77ace is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's side.

Clause 7.2 — Wagering RequirementsBonus funds credited to your 77ace account must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Clause 12.2 — User-Initiated ClosureYou may request the closure of your 77ace account at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts subject to an active bonus wagering obligation may have associated bonus funds forfeited upon closure if the wagering requirement has not been met.

Clause 14.3 — SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
